Garlic can be used for many different things such as:

  • Hight cholesterol
  • High blood pressure
  • Hardening of the arteries (arteriosclerosis)
It can be used to prevent headaches, cough, stomach acne, sinus congestion, asthma, hemorrhoids, rheumatism, it’s also used for building the immune system. Garlic also helps with stopping diarrhea and aids in weight loss.
Some people use garlic to prevent stomach cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer and colon cancer.
Garlic oil can be used to treat fungal infections warts and corns.
Alot of people don’t like garlic because of the taste and smell. My advice to you is not everything that’s good for you and your health taste good guys so incorporate garlic in your diet if your not doing so. You can basically use it in every meal you prepare, whether it’s a stir fry or any dish that your preparing. Also have you ever made garlic chicken? it’s delicious!!!
