Today I will be sharing with you refreshing and healthy summer drink recipes!! that will quench your thirst in this hot summer heat that’s upon us.
Raspberry Peach Lemonade
1 Mint, sprig
4 Peaches, sliced
1 cup Raspberries, fresh
1 1/4 cups lemon juice, fresh
1/2 cup grandulated sugar or honey
1 cup ice cubes
8 3/4 cups water
Blend and serve, this can serve up to 8 people
1 ripe pineapple
handful of ice
blend and serve as is or you can add honey or sugar as your sweetner, whichever you prefer but the healthier option is the honey
Watermelon Lemonade Slushie
3 cups of Watermelon diced
1 cup of lemonade (preferably homemade)
juice of 2 lemons
1-2 cups of ice
Blend all ingredients add more ice if needed, garnish with mint leaves and serve
Iced Green Tea With Coconut Water
8 cups water
16 green tea bags
2 cups coconut water
Steep tea bags in boiling water for 5 mins, then cool tea slightly and then stir in your coconut water, serve with ice and garnish with lemon slices
Frozen Mango Lemonade
3/4 of a mango
1/2 cup sugar or honey
1 1/2 cups water 5 cups ice
Blend until smooth and enjoy!!!
