Is It Ok To Not Be Ok. Hey loves happy Monday!!! How was your weekend? Did you have a wonderful one? Well mine wasn’t that great. I have been battling with the flu from Thursday after trying to run away from catching it but I guess it caught up to me.
Anyway you must be wondering what does that title mean!. Ok let me explain. Sometimes you may go through trials in life but you are always us to being so strong you just never always have the time to break down the way you need to. Because you think you have to hold everyone together and if you break it’s gonna be disastrous. Let me tell you it is Ok to not always being a happy go lucky person. It’s Ok to break at times and just cry if you need to. You can’t always be strong for everyone all the time. We all need someone to be strong for us sometimes. It’s Ok because you are not perfect, it’s ok to falter at times because you are human!.
Sometimes some may break but they can never find their strength or the courage to continue. Find at least that little surge of strength and get back up, yes it’s Ok to break down at some point but do you intend to stay down. Do you intend to keep feeling sorry for yourself?. Yes its ok to not be ok sometimes. But there is a point in time where you need to get back up on that horse and keep going. Try to find that strength you had before you had that breaking point and use it to motivate you into getting back on that horse like you never fell off.
Sometimes in life we all need a break down to get back up even stronger than we were before. To learn the lessons and to move on and be thankful for what we have learnt no matter how hurtful it was.
You are stronger than you think you are. You just have to find that surge of power or motivation to push you back on the right path. Never stay down for too long. Always try to find the strength to get back up. Yes it’s hard sometimes to get back up and the road ahead may seem weary and dry but when you do find the strength to get back up you will be surprised at how flourished and smooth the road is again.
We all go through some tough times in life but we all need to help and encourage one another. Everyone needs a little encouragement at times, even the very psychologist who helps you sometimes needs a little encouragement why?. Because we are all humans we aren’t perfect and sometimes it’s the people that’s always helping others who needs the most help.
