Health Benefits of Spinach. A lot of us don’t like eating greens because as people always say, it doesn’t taste that great, but what i have to tell you guys is that its not about the taste but it’s all about your health and whats good for you.
Spinach is a very great vegetable to have because it’s not only good for your skin, hair and bone health but it also contains minerals, vitamins iron and protein.
There are so many great nutrients that you can get from spinach.
It helps to promote good bowel movement, because it contains high fiber which lowers your chance of constipation and also promotes a healthy digestive tract.
Spinach is high in vitamin A which helps with hair growth and the growth of body tissues, it also contains vitamin C which helps in building the maintenance of collagen.
Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K which promotes bone health, it also contains a good amount of vitamin b6, thiamin, folate, riboflavin and niacin and its also an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids.
You can incorporate spinach in your diet in many ways, such as using it in salads, smoothies and even using it in soups.

1/2 cup coconut water
