Hey peeps!! Happy Wednesday, it’s fall in most countries, it’s not fall in my country but thought I would do a fall smoothie post for you all.
I personally always have a pumpkin smoothie all year round, because I love it, i’ll sometimes even add some rum to it which gives it a nice kick to it, Yum!!!
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 large banana
6-8 ice cubes
6oz vanilla yogurt
1 tsp honey
3 tbsp milk
pinch nutmeg and whipped cream (optional garnish)
In a blender combine, pumpkin, banana, ice, yogurt, honey, spice and milk. Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass and top with whipped cream and a pinch of nutmeg. enjoy!!
Caramel Apple Smoothie
3/4 cup milk ( non fat or almond )
1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
1 tbsp sugar free caramel syrup plus more for garnish
2 cups ice cubes
Pour the milk and juice into a blender.
Core the apple and cut it into chunks. Place it in the blender then add the caramel and ice. Blend until smooth.
Optional serving suggestion: top with additional caramel sauce.
Pumpkin Apple Breakfast Smoothie
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp oats
1/4 cup cooked pumpkin
3/4 cup greek yougurt
1 apple sliced
1/2 banana sliced
1/4 cup milk ( almond, soy cows, etc your choice )
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
6 ice cubes
Place oats in blender and blend for 30 second or until smooth, then add the rest of ingredients and blend until smooth, serve.
