Cucumber can cure a hangover. It’s said to have a few slices before going to bed. It has enough electrolytes, sugar and vitamins that will replenish the essential nutrients which will decrease the intensity of both a headache and a hangover.

Cucumber helps in reliving arthritis pain and gout and promotes joint health. It’s an excellent source of silica which promotes joint health by strengthening your connective tissues. When you mix cucumber and carrot juice together it can help in reliving gout and arthritis pain by lowering your uric acid levels.
