Protect Your Vibe and your sanity always. Don’t let others disturb your peace and your happiness. At the end of the day it isn’t worth it so Protect Your Vibe.

  1. If their opinion doesn’t enhance you ignore it. Yes we should value the opinion of others but if their opinion is negative or telling you you can’t!. Ignore them, thats their opinion you can do anything you want to do as long as you put your mind and heart into it. Never let anyone tell you its not worth the risk or worth a try. Risk and try it for yourself first, if you fail get back up and try again.

2. Speak kindly not only to yourself but also to others. Tell yourself kind things each day which will help you to enhance your spirit and your mind. Telling some one something kind can change their whole day especially if they weren’t having the best day. Tell yourself and someone something kind each day.

3. Let go of things you can’t control. Whatever you may be going through or what the situation might be, if it’s that you can’t fix it. Get down on your knees and pray about it and leave it to God. Once its out of your hands and there is nothing more you can do leave it to him because there is nothing that God can’t do or he can’t fix. Prayer faith and patience is what you need most in that moment or time.

4. Do not compare yourself to others. Love yourself for who you are because there are people out there who admire you and you don’t even know it. Never look on someone on social media and wish to have their lives. Social media is filled with photo shopped pictures and edited videos. So never wish to be someone else or compare your life to theirs because you don’t know what happens behind closed doors.

5. Don’t be afraid to spend time alone. As an only child I never fear being alone because i’m usto it but if you’re not get comfortable with the idea. Time alone helps you in so many ways. Whether its thinking of a new idea or opportunity, time to reflect and recharge. And most importantly time to relax and pamper yourself. Love on yourself and do things you’ve been wanting to do.

Remember to always Protect Your Vibe where ever you go. And always remember to BE YOU DO YOU AND LOVE YOURSELF.
