We all need to make better Habits For A Better Life. They say old habits are hard to stop, which is true but you have to try hard to make better habits. Sometimes you need to change things up a bit and do things you normally do differently. Change is hard but it is also important.
Today i’ll be sharing with you 20 Habits For A Better Life.
1. Love yourself for who you are and not what others want you to be. 2. Follow your dreams, there is no dream that’s too big for you. 3. Don’t compare yourself to others. 4. Express your feelings instead of holding it in. 5. Do what makes you happy.
6. Always pray and put God first in all that you do. 7. Forgive your past. 8. Read a bible verse or the bible daily. For e.g. I get morning manna’s every morning and i also forward it to friends. 9. Accept what is and leave it in God’s hands. 10. Listen to your intuition.
Live A Better Life
11. Try and exercise 3-5 times a week. 12. Laugh and smile more often, as the saying says laughter is the best medicine. 13. Cook your meals because home cooked meals are the best. Limit the amount of take out that you have. 14. Always find ways in improving your health and take your iron and vitamins. 15. Get your good nights sleep 7-9 hours. I need to tell myself this too seen as i’m a night owl lol.
16. Do things that scare you/try something new as often as you can. 17. Set goals. 18. Do daily affirmations in helping you to keep positive and be more positive. 19. Learn lessons from experiences you have had or been through. 20. Practice mindfulness.
