Pineapple and its Benefits. Pineapple is one of my favorite fruits to have, how about you? Do you love pineapple?. It’s good for your skin, your hair and basically just your overall health.

Pineapple can combat the formation of free radicals which are known to cause cancer because of its excellent source of strong antioxidant vitamin C. It helps to prevent constipation and also aids in digestion. I have proven this for myself especially if you ate something that made you upset. Have a slice or two of the pineapple can help in settling your stomach.

It helps your skin to look younger because it has collagen synthesis which will boost your body. Also eating pineapple benefits in keeping your teeth healthy and strong.
The beta carotene that is present in the pineapple empowers vision and should be consumed regularly for eye health.
Pineapple helps to hydrate your skin and makes it look radiant. Mix 3 tablespoon of freshly crushed pineapple with an egg yolk and a little milk , apply on dry skin and leave it for a few minutes. Rinse your face, towel dry and apply your moisturizer.
