Today I’m gonna speak a little on magnesium not many knows it’s benefits or know about it any at all so hope you find it informative.
Magnesium can be found in many foods that we eat such as: legumes ( peas, beans, cashew, almonds to name a few), whole grain, vegetables, ( especially broccoli, squash, and green leafy vegetables).
Other sources include: meat, daily products chocolate and coffee.
Magnesium can be used as a laxative for constipation.
Some people use it as a treatment for heart disease, chest pains, irregular heartbeat, and even high blood pressure.
It’s also used for treating anxiety chronic fatigue syndrome, Lyme disease, leg cramps during pregnancy, diabetes, kidney stones, migrane, asthma, premenstrual syndrome and multiple sclerosis.
Athletes sometimes use magnesium to increase their energy and endurance.
You can also use it to treat infected ulcers and boils.
