Today I am gonna share with you all Healthy Life Hacks

I know its been a while since I have done a health post but better late than never right?!!!

 Firstly water water water!!. Water is life and you should be having at least 8 glasses a day. It also depends on your body mass too in knowing the amount you should be taking in per day.

Exercise, Well I am tired of falling off the wagon. I said I was gonna start the first day of the new year doing my first exercise and guess what!! It didn’t happen!!! lol don’t judge me. I have exercised a few time since the new year started but I am just not feeling the urge. I honestly don’t know why.

Know that exercise is important. If you need to exercise to loose weight then you do what you need to do but for those who just want to stay fit and healthy exercising doesn’t always let you loose weight. If its that you don’t need to loose any its just helping you stay healthy and fit for me personally I actually gain weight from exercising which is a plus for me in my book.

Another thing I am always doing is having my herbal teas, whether its charcoal, fennel, green tea, ginger, garlic, rosemary, dandelion tea you name it i’m having it because they also help in cleansing the body and helping to keeping it clear from infections and many other things, These teas have many benefits so if you loves would want me to write on the benefits of teas or herbs let me know!!

You should be having a portion of fruits and veggies daily. If its that you don’t like vegetable, make it into a smoothie and add the ingredients you want. As long as you’re still getting your vegetable intake that’s good.  Also once per month doing a green juice cleanse is good too.

Eat less sweets and have less sugar and salt and use more spices. Too much salt and sugar is bad for our health so you need to in corporate different alternatives instead.

Taking your blood works yearly is a must to see where your health is at. Make sure your taking your iron and vitamins too. I do recommend well woman and well man and pharmaton if you can get your hands on those. You should be taking iron and vitamin every 3 months yes every 3 months!!!

I know sometimes you just feel for junk trust me i know the feeling what i do and please don’t judge me lol, i have the junk then cleanse myself by just going back to my diet and maybe having one of my herbal teas of doing some green juice or something to counteract all the junk I ate.

Being healthy is not only about eating healthy and exercising but also looking after your hygiene also so taking care of your body inside and out is very important!!

    I find that being positive helps. If I don't give myself a chance to be negative, I don't have the urge to not exercise or fall off the wagon. My weakness is food and is one I'm definitely going to try and keep in check this year! WIsh me luck!
