Our body’s need to be detoxed once in a while to take away toxins out of our bodies and from the food we eat especially if you are not eating as healthy as you should be.
Even if you live a healthy life exercise and eat right you still need to cleanse your system. So I was online and saw this 3 day detox and decided to share it with you.
It’s basically a blend of different things you will drink for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Green Tea w/lemon
Drink the tea when you wake up. Have your smoothie within one hour of waiting. Follow with your multi vitamins and fish oil supplements.
Have another multi vitamin and probiotic supplement after lunch. If hungry in between lunch and dinner have a repeat of your favorite drink as a snack
1 cup water
1tbs flaxseed
1 cup raspberries
1 banana
1/4 cup spinach
1 tsp almond butter
2tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup almond milk
4 stalks celery
1 cucumber
1 cup kale
1/2 green apple
1/2 squeezed lime
1 tbs melted coconut oil
1 cup pineapple
1 1/2 cups coconut water
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup mango
1 cup kale
1 tbs lemon juice
1/4 avocado
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbs flaxseed
Try the best you can to stay as healthy as you possibly can and treat your body right, never be too busy to exercise or cook yourself and your family a meal because without good health you won’t be able to work or put food on your table or have the finer things you want in life. To have all the things you desire start with treating your body right.
