Delicious Smoothie Recipes To Try. Today on health tip Wednesdays I will be sharing with you smoothie recipes. Smoothies help in filling you up quickly and its great to have especially post workout, it’s also a great filler for those who have busy days and have no time to sit and eat a meal. You are still getting all your nutrients from drinking your smoothie, it’s especially great for those who don’t like eating their veggies blending it with other things can help alot with the taste and help you to get your equal proportion of vegetables that you need on a day to day basis.


Smoothie Recipes

I cup mango chunks

1 Banana

I cup Pineapple

1/2 to 1 cup Coconut water

milk (optional)
You can use cows milk,
Condensed milk, Almond milk
or which ever sweetener you like
Instructions
Put all ingredients into
a blender and blend
until smooth.

 

1 cup strawberries
                                                                                                   banana
1 cup mango
Instructions
Blend all ingredients
until smooth.

 

 

6 oz plain yogurt
1 medium peach (sliced)
1/2 cup raspberries
1/4 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Blend all ingredients
together until smooth.

 

1 banana
Handful of spinach
1 cup Coconut water
milk (optional)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients
until smooth.

 

1 Apple
1 banana
1/4 cup oats
milk (optional)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients
until smooth.

 

1 cup cooked pumpkin
1/4 tsp vanilla
a pinch of nutmeg
milk/condensed/Almond
Instructions
Blend all ingredients
until smooth. Serve chill
