Benefits of Vitamin C

Vitamin c is used to treat  and prevent various things such as: common colds, gum disease, acne and other infections. It’s also good for persons with bronchitis, stomach ulcers, infections of the bladder and prostate.

It is also used for glaucoma, preventing cataracts, preventing gall bladder disease, dental cavities, constipation, Lyme disease and also very good for boosting the immune system.

Vitamin c is being used in a lot of skin care products because of the good properties it has in helping with the treating of acne, it is also said to be good for clearing your complexion and also eliminating signs of aging.

There are a lot of brands of Vitamin C out there. There are people who rather have liquid than the tablets, so I will recommend both tablets and liquid and these are all products I have used myself. The liquid vitamin c comes in the form of a tablet and dissolves in water, the instructions should be on the bottle.

There are also natural sources of Vitamin C which can be found in fruits and vegetables.

Vitamin c can be found in
Apricots, blackberries, broccoli, cabbage, cantaloupe, grapefruit, gooseberries, kiwi, guava, lemon, lime, mango, melon, papaya, pineapple, potato, raspberries, radish, spinach, strawberries, tomato, tangerine and honey dew melon.
